What makes this site unique is that each dish shown here was also cooked in a NYC kitchen using local ingredients. In some cases ingredients was purchased online when not available locally or out of season.

About the Videos

Where available videos are included for the recipes which in many cases show the famous chef reproducing the recipe. This will give allow for a clearer xxx for each of the recipes.

How is the site organized?

Recipes are classified according to where the chef major restaurants are located e.g., United States, France, Britain etc. There is also a category of Classical Signature Dishes which may span several hundred years. In addition we have included a section on National Dishes.
